Consulting Times

No pre-booked appointment needed.

For a routine appointment you can phone the practice on the day of your choice and an appointment will be given to you. Phone lines are open from 8.30am.

On two days a week, afternoon appointments (between 1.00 - 2.50pm) are also available to see the doctor. Please speak to a receptionist for more details.

Evening surgery is only for pre-booked appointments. These should be booked a week in advance. The last appointment on Monday and Fridays is at 5.50pm.


Extended Hours

We offer extended surgery hours on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings when you will be able to make an appointment to see the doctor after 6.30pm. These appointments are pre-bookable; they are not for emergencies. Therefore, if you require emergency assistance, or a visit during these extended times, then you will need to contact the out-of-hours service as normal by dialling 020 8459 5550 and following the instructions given.


Out-of-Hours Service

Out-of-hours cover is provided by Harmoni. If you require medical treatment after-hours ring the surgery number and you will be given details of our after hours service. When the surgery is closed, if you have need for urgent care then please call Harmoni on 0300 130 3015.

Remember, the after hours service is for medical emergencies only. Advice on self management is included on this site.


Accidents & Emergencies

If you have an accident or are taken ill away from home, go to the accident and emergency department of your nearest hospital.

Disabled Patients

There is a ramp at the rear entry of the building through the car park, to provide access for the disabled and those in a wheelchair.
